Welcome, pilgrims and friends

Join us on Sunday, 19 July 2026 for the Annual Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Pilgrims have made their way up these prairie hills since 1922 — to pray, to remember, and to gather as one family. All are welcome.

  • 9:30 a.m. — Sacrament of Reconciliation
  • 10:00 a.m. — An Hour with Mary
    Marian Hymns, Rosary
  • 10:45 a.m. — An Hour with God’s Family
    Sunday Eucharist with Bishop Mark Hagemoen presiding · Blessing of the Fields · Blessing of the Sick
  • 12:00 noon — An Hour with Our Diocesan Family
    Lunch and quiet time. Concessions available.
  • 1:30 p.m. — An Hour with the Lord
    Stations of the Cross · Adoration and Blessing with the Blessed Sacrament
  • 2:30 p.m. — Enrolment of the Scapular
  • 3:30 p.m. — Soccer & wiener roast
    Stay for a family afternoon on the Mount.

The shrine is located 4.5 km north of Carmel, Saskatchewan.

Under the spiritual care of St. Peter’s Abbey, Muenster. The shrine stands on Treaty 6 territory, the traditional lands of the Cree, Saulteaux, Dene, and Métis peoples.
